The mission of the Solid Rock Full Gospel Baptist Church General Conference,
Affiliated Churches and Ministries of North America, Inc. endeavors to minister to the whole man, the spiritual, intellectual, physical, and to the social needs of all people by spreading the liberating gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ through the principles of the Word of God and deeds throughout the world (Luke 2:52).
Every local church and ministry affiliated with this conference shall engage in carrying out the mandate given to us by Christ Jesus our Lord the great head of the church according to St. Matthew 28:18-20, St. Mark 16:14-20, Acts 1:8, Acts 4:33-37 and Acts 5:42.
As we are led by the Holy Spirit to accomplish our goals and fulfilling our mission in meeting the needs of mankind through:
· Spiritual needs (Preaching and teaching the gospel)
· Physical needs (food, clothing and shelter)
· Institutionalized needs (prison, hospital, nursing home and caring for sick and shut-in)
· Economic needs (provide jobs, job training and encouraging entrepreneurship)
The Solid Rock Full Gospel Baptist Church General Conference, Affiliated
Churches and Ministries of North America, Inc. are committed to the lordship of Jesus Christ; and are committed to each other for the purpose of doing all the above mentioned. To further assist us in carrying out the mission of this conference we will seek, through the aid of the Holy Spirit, to embrace other independent local churches of like faith and vision and invite them, as they are led by the Holy Spirit to affiliate with us; for unity through Christ is strength.
Finally, to help us in carrying out our mission, we under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, officers of the conference, the church planting chairperson with the cooperation of our local church pastors and churches will plant new ministries in various geographical areas.
